Ha 145 is a joke, 140 is bearable for marquez but it's not very comfortable for him still. anything above 140 is not good for marquz.

to push for a 145 fight with marquez the pac camp probably has the mayweather fight in mind in the very subsequent future. keep pac at the ideal weight by limiting the jumping around in weight. HOWEVER if marquez deserves a third match (which i think he does), fans want to see it fair and competitive. keeping this at 145 is neither.

We all know that Manny is a great fighter, but all of the sudden the Roachmotel wants to make a new division....I'm an old timer in the boxing deal and my recolaction states tha a Welter weight fighter is 147 no ****en 145 or over 147......Roach is acting very smart in protecting his fighter and knows that JMM will beat Pacquiao at 140 or 135 and wants to give the edge to Pacquiao at 145 knowing that JMM did not look good ata all on this weight!!!!!!

One thing is that pac proved to be competitive at ww not dominant. He beat cotto who had previously lost the clottey fight if a gift hadn't been awarded to him. If clottey would of won and manny would of beaten cotto with no belt would people go that crazy??? no because he wouldn't have had a belt or been a champion.

Now this just proves to me how all this time roach and pac himself had been scared of JMM all of the time. Oscar had to move down to 147.
But take in count Manny himself had to fatten from 134 to 147 SO 13 ****IN pounds.

Cotto weighed 146 against Clottey,so how Cotto was drained at 145????
He only didn't let Cotto to make 147 because Cotto would only weigh 157,158 the fight night and not 160 like against Urkal.

Marquez and Manny both fought their last fight at 145,so how it's a ***** move to ask that weight.
