    i feel the title is tainted as it wasnt at 147, however its cottos own fault for accepting 145 with the title on the line, he didnt have to put it on the line. so no1 he can blame but himself.

        145 is welterweight... if cotto didnt think so, then he wouldnt have taken the fight... pac is lineal champ of 147 imo

            I get what your saying but at the same time I feel that the fighters who sign for a welterweight fight should have the freedom to come in at 141-147.
