when i say he's bum i am not saying he is the worst fighter ever, I'm just saying his name does not belong in the history conversation unless mentioning his marketability. He beat good fighters, but none of their names should be in history, except the ones he fought on the verge of retirement. He is servicable as a fighter will still sell, but with the pedigree of fighters out now, I don't see him having a great shot at a belt anytime soon or even to crack that top 20 p4p conversation

i'd like to see him come back. i dont think he's done. he needs the right motivation though, he cant come back halfheartedly or still have the ghosts of his knockouts, or else even a b-level would outclass him

Is malignaggi his landmark victory? Juan Urango? I don't want to be a hater, just explain why he is good
Collazo was not robbed, sorry but being dominated through out the whole fight and then hurting your opponent in 1 round is not exactly winning a fight.

Tszyu was 36, not 40. 1 year in boxing makes a difference, adding 4 years is ridiculous but hey anything to discredit some wins right?

I agree that Castillo was not the same fighter, but coming into the Hatton fight he was undefeated in 3 years so he wasn't as bad as your making him seem.

Malignaggi had his jaw broken against Cotto and still came back to lose a close but unanimous decision, Hatton stopped him.

Urango was a top undefeated JWW when Hatton beat him.

              I got Hatton's back!

dude you are makin a lot of sense and just ripped that kid apart good post...there are a lot of people out there that are really discrediting him for his great wins and yes you can pick apart anyones wins if you really want to get that deep into it...but it comes down to the fact that the fighters chose to fight hatton he didnt force them to so that obviously means that they didnt feel they were over the hill so if anyone is to blame it would be those fighters...ya hatton might not be one of the all time greats but he isnt "over rated" or a "bum" by anymeans...you dont become the lineal champ at any division for that long by being those things...all that being said i would like to see him fight either marquez, jaun diaz (if he can beat paulie for real this time), or any of the other top ten jww
