Even if Hatton wasn't overrated that much in his prime, that still doesn't change the fact that he is done at the top level as it stands. I wish he would just let it go. And a poster mentioning the fight with Collazo is spot on. That fight exposed him there. That fight was way more of a robbery than the Berto-Collazo fight because Collazo should've been credited with a knockdown in the 11th round when Hatton lunged forward crumbling down with his face toward the ropes after he got hit with a punch. He would've probably have gotten KOd had that fight went on any longer. And even if you didn't score the 11th and 12th rounds 10-8 for Collazo, I would still having him winning the fight by about a point.
And how about the Lazcano fight? He could've gotten KOd or knocked down right there if the ref hadn't have called that time out to fix his shoe strings. Hatton also struggled with a past it version of Vince Phillips. I'd have to watch that fight all the way through to see who won, but when I saw the highlights it wouldn't have been a big stretch for Hatton losing that fight too if Phillips was that successful with finding Hatton with big punches throughout the fight. Hatton got to the top mainly through biased refs allowing his dirty tactics along with a rabid fan base.
