Dude, you're a joke. Williams needs to do what Pavlik did. Fight Lockett and Rubio instead of Margarito and Winky? Miranda went on to get his ass handed to him by Ward and Taylor should have 6-7 losses on his record. Paul's resume is better. Deal with it.

The only way Williams resume could theoretically be better only problem is his big names were all shot fighters by the time he fought them...Sharmba Mitchell, Winky, Verno Phillips.
Before he fought Margarito his average opponent has 13 wins 9 losses. The lackluster Margarito win only became relevant after he dominated Cotto then all of the sudden Williams was this incredible feared monster. Pavlik went through who he had to to get to Taylor. And now Taylor and Miranda is a bum..get the hell out of here. Actually Miranda would be a good test for Williams had he stayed at MW.

I can totally see Pavlik avoiding PW at this time. Bad hand, long layoff. PW is too good to give those advantages. My complaint is that he's held up the title for so long and I like Espino, but it's not the same. Where are the interim champions, or whatever the alphabet boys do? Lets get the middleweights moving. Most of you believe Pavlik is faking a serious illness and is scared of Williams. I for one believe he is not scared of Williams and I also doubt any of you are doctors and know little if anything about MRSA. I know someone who has MRSA and he is not confined to a hospital. He was infected with MRSA two years after he had a simple operation and he has been dealing with an infection for the last three years now that he will most likely die from. So, instead of passing judgment on Pavlik maybe you all should try a little compassion, or is that to much to ask for?

I am nearly one with 1.5 yrs to go and I take care of MRSA and VRSA and MSSA patients so I know pavlik is FOS!

George Peterson is right. Pavlik is scared of a Welterweight. Williams is Pavlik's biggest threat right now at 160. No disrespect to Paul, but Middleweight has always been a weak division ever since Hopkins was in it. So what did Hopkins do, he fought all comers from some lower divisions because they happened to be better than the guys ranked at Middleweight. Tito proved that when he destroyed Joppy. The point is, at least Hopkins fought everyone that came his way. Pavlik sure is not following the instructions of Hopkins when he told Kelly, "Rule Middleweight like I ruled it."

Pavlik is a stone cold ***** lost all respect for the joker.. i never heard a staph infection lasting a full year... he claim he had a staph infection during the hopkins bout and that same staph infection is still around.. not to mention you claim you almost died from it so you pull out the fight completely only to fight some other dude 2 weeks after you was scheduled again!!! to fight P-will get the **** outta here Kelly Pavlik is a stone cold bum and should get he title stripped from him ****in Bum
