You're talking the United states though. I have no doubt the "buzz" is deafening in the Philippines and Puerto Rico. As much as I'd like to say I am missing your point, I see it for what it is. Take in all the facts facts though my man, not just what you think you're seeing.Comment

From my side in the UK the buzz isnt great for the Pacquiao/Cotto fight even though they would be showing it for free on SKYSPORTS. I think because of David Haye's fight coming up SKY has been more into promoting/adverting that fight more than the Pac-cotto fight.Comment

The answer to the question in this thread is NO. I don't think anybody cares. I love boxing, and I'm not even excited about it. I think the fight does south of a million buys. Somewhere between 925,000-950,000 is my prediction.Comment

Here in London? Absolutely nowhere. I don't hear anyone talk about it at the gym, nor has it been mentioned on TV. The only person who knows about it is my rabid boxing fan of a friend, and obviously we're watching it.
Haye-Valuev, however, is getting a fair bit of hype over here.Comment

JAY-Z mentions Pac on his latest album (by the way it's pretty hot). That's pretty mainstream...but to answer the question... I've heard buzz on the radio stations here about the fight.Comment
