That is how is suppose to be bro. What happened to boxing fans not wanting to see the best fights out there? Why don't you guys want to see your favorite fighter prove he is the best night in, night out? When did all this change.

My favorite of all time is Trinidad. And, I remember everytime he fought somebody I was demanding his next fight be against a better opponent. Not cuz I prayed for hoping he lose. On the contrary I was his biggest fan. So I never wanted his legacy to get short changed. So I was never ever satisfied when he was fighting. Now that he is retired IMO he is ATG and I he is the main reason I became a hardcore fan.

So I don't get all you Floyd fans. You guys are not really boxing fans. Of course if he beats Shane, Cotto, Pac. Then P-Will should be the next logical choice. If he beats P-Will then it should fight the next best fighter. As long as he keeps fighting you guys his fans should be asking, wanting, demanding him proving his greatnest against the best every single time. Not defending him every single time. Why can't you guys see that...

Nobody is hoping he losses, nobody is praying for his downfall. Is quite the opposite everybody wants to see his true greatness. Everybody wants him to fight the best and if he remain undefeated fighting the best. We as boxing fans will be in awe about it. However, him fighting lesser opponents proves absolutely nothing.

Maybe if Floyd put tape on his knuckles he wouldnt mind fighting all those guys.

Thats the thing we dont know and it may be one of them which is why I think we should just all wait and see when that times comes. Why do people criticize before the man even lets it be known, thats got to be hate.

Now when he made that statement originally i didnt take it too seriously because i dont take anything Floyd says seriously. Who cares when Shane wanted to fight, if you can fight Floyd then you fight Floyd on whatever terms, but you dont say you have a toothache and want to take a family vacation, that can wait. Obviously his wife at the time had more influence on him and called the shots. Explain why Shane needed 10 million in 1999 to fight Floyd, he didnt want the fight, but now that he sees it as his biggest payday and all roads lead through Floyd, he wants the fight, who wouldnt? Floyd is the top dog, dogs dont bark at parked cars, Shane had his chance, he blew it, just chalk it up as a learning experience and do better next time Shane.

In 99 Shane could not make 135 anymore that is why he went up 2 divisions. 135 was out of the realm of possibility...

Before the Vargas rematch it well known that Shane was going to fight for the rest of the year. Maybe that is why Floyd called him out. Cuz he knew Shane would not answer the call. Cuz, Shane already he was not fighting not Margarito, not Floyd, nobody. He turned down like 5mil for Margarito around the same time frame cuz he didn't want to fight that year. He told both Margarito and Floyd lets fight in January. Why didn't Floyd fight him in January? Why?

You know what is funny about all this is that Margarito still went and fought Shane. When Margarito was the #1 WW out there. When Pac was calling out Margarto. When Margarito already had a PPV lined up with Cotto. Margarito could of easily said Shane you lossed your chance I am not fighting you. That is pretty much is what Floyd saying. But, if Margarito would of went down that route I doubt you would of been defending Margarito like you are Floyd. That my friend is a double standard

Just because he moved up doesnt mean he couldnt make 135 anymore, if he couldnt make 135 anymore he wouldnt have said he would fight Floyd at 135, but for 10 million dollars, Shane moved up because Oscar was at 147 and thats the fight he wanted. Please dont bring up Margarito, he's a known cheat and isnt relevant to anything.

Don't listen to Floyd saying he aint waitin for Nov 14 anyone with sense knows that is his best option and he is definitely waiting and even if he wasn't why should he make a decision already?

Pac is in the top of his list. Even if Pac losses he will still fight Pac. The thing is that he is hoping is that there is no Pac-Cotto rematch. That would ruin his plans.
