u r an idiot chavez said they are equally talented, i replied pac is more because of his achievments. pac has more titles in more divisions and started at 106. so pleez tell me who is more talented?

pac is 5'6 1/2 who fought 108 he can bulk up, how many 5'8 fight at middle weight and supermiddle weight? Cotto's amateur background started at 112 if i remember correctly.
pac won his first title at 112 and won a title at 140 and now fighting 147 fighters without losing his speed power and excitement that is talent. pac has more talent.

      • From someone who observed both fighters in training camp-

“Cotto looked strong. He’s Cotto. He works hard for two hours, He does all his sparring. He’s in tremendous shape," said Arum of the 28-year-old champion from Caguas, Puerto Rico.

“I know Cotto works hard, but in contrast to the other guy (Pacquiao), it looks like he’s taking a vacation," said the 77-year-old promoter

This doesn't look very good for Cotto at all. I hope he doesn't fade in the later rounds. Otherwise..................

Ahhh...about the Sugar Ray Robinson/Joey Maxim fight. It wasn't the size difference that kept Ray from winning. It was the over 100 degree heat that did Ray in...and not Maxim's punches. Hey.....the referee had to retire after round 10. Ray was well ahead on points when the heat factor took over and he just couldn't go anymore.

            • A bit biased are we? What else is he going to say? "I work for Cotto, but I don't have the confidence He can beat Manny"?

dont get caught up in the hype, nobody's invincible. cotto will KO the pacman, but thx to all the hype cotto will finally get the respect hes due....cotto & puerto rico's glory will not be denied
Those vids are from more than 10 years ago. Things change.

                    • What is Chavez talking about literally pick Pac up and throw him to the floor? Is this wrestling or something?
But he right about the size advantage. But what we dont know if Pacs brick wall and limit is 147 or 154lb.
Pac may well be able to beat the best 147 guy, and not be able to do it at 154. So chavez is correct up to a point.
