Pacquiao started professional boxing 01-22-1995. He was 17 years old.
Cotto started 02-23-2001 and he was 20 years old

In 1993, Calderón defeated Miguel Cotto in the light flyweight division, when both boxers were in the early stages of amateur experience.
Light Flyweight: up to 106 pounds.
    Dan Rafael
once defeated countryman and good pal Miguel Cotto, who would go on to become a dominant junior welterweight and welterweight titleholder.

Basically Cotto and Pacquiao used to be at the same weight at about the same time. and Cotto use to be less than 5' and weighting 160 pound

Cotto said in one of those videos

WTF? Maxim was losing in that fight to SRR prior to heat exhaustion. This should not be the analogy that Chavez should use for Cotto-Pac. MGM is not an open field and the rounds are less. If SRR-Maxim is 12 rounds, SRR would have won.

then i can say that if a midget LW like JMM rock pac then cotto would ktfo..

          please...
JMM only rocked an off-balance jumping pac. Even then, it took only 2 sec for pac to recover. I agree that Pac's chin at WW is still not answered but that JMM shot should not be the basis.

People Keeps On Writing MC's Bigger And Stronger....

..Of course! MC is a WW and I am sure he will win. Pac just won 6 titles in diff wt class and KO'd almost all his opponent w/ no names the last 7 years.
Now how the hell will this midget win over My boy Cotto..How?!

I really hope mc wins because 1 marquez is....

too much to handle after his loss to Pac. MC defeat will be very annoying. Fight has not started yet and I can hear cry babies now.

Miguel is 5'7" while that shrimp Pacman is only 5'6" 1/2. Cotto is gonna look like Lurch.

What else would Cottos cutman say seriously, he was also saying DLH was too big for Pacquiao.

Man I cant wait to hear the excuses when Pac overhelms Cotto... Then well start hearing "Cotto was damaged from Margarito anyways"

                      Also,

Chavez hasnt been in Pacquiaos corner in his last two fights. He dont know how much Pacquiao has progressed. He was working DLH corner and didnt have a job when Pac fought Hatton.
