He is THE BEST 168-pounder-in-the-world-who-can-no-longer-fight-at-his-best-weight-because-he-is-too-lazy-and-undisciplined-to-keep-himself-in-shape-and-had-to-move-up-in-weight-constantly-until-he-reached-heavyweight-and-could-go-no-further.

If there were a division higher than heavyweight, James Toney would be fighting in it because he eats everything in site. By the time he retires, he will weigh 300 pounds.

And at 140lbs Floyd fought Corley, Brussles and Gatti... meanwhile Pacs first and ONLY fight at 140lbs he fought Hatton... who was undefeated in the division and the linear champion. So what's your point?
