But we also have not had a truely athletic heavyweight in a long time. Thats where the this reasoning comes from. Chris Byrd was the only athlete but was not true heavy and it showed. Europeans actually have athletes competing in the heavyweight division. Why? because boxing is huge over there right now and in years past. like i keep saying exposure is key.

He's more ready than Johnson, which begs the question why did Vlad back out? Messed up arm? Ok, then fight him early 2010.

I wouldnt say green. I think he is just a paper chump. He is undefeated and american so Klitschko wants to kill him. He wont win on points because i doubt he has the stamina. This is a huge mismatch. Kevin has nothing over Klitschko.
He is green, he's not ready for Vitali, but nobody really is.

Wlad backed out? I thought there was no contract signed yet? And I also thought that Wlad indeed is going for him in march?

Anyway, who, besides johnson, you thought was not ready for Vitaly or Wlad? Arreola? I dont think so, nothing could have made any more ready for the Klitschko experience then what he already dealt with. Outside of that was there anyone else who "was not ready"?

Its probably more just Johnson, many of the others just or were not good enough to beat or compete with either Klit. Johnson is going for the payday it seems, probably cant blame him.

                That sounds reasonable.

What do people say about this Tor Hamer kid I've only seen him fight once on ESPN. Does he actually have promise?

Tor Hamer is very good, but from what I've seen, Deontay Wilder has more potential.

Deontay Wilder does have some potential but with all the bums he has fought i cant really tell. He is very dependant on that right hand he needs to break that.
