No, why would the fight who hasnt fought in two years who then fights a lightweight be #1? Cotto should be the new #1 becuase he beat #1

cotto is no 7 right now n floyd is no 2, undefeated and the former no 1 p4p no way i see a jump from number 7 to number 1 considering pacquiao was a former flyweight...

well fact is that RING took him DOWN a spot after the clottey victory, Cotto should be above HOpkins bcuz Bhop hasn't done **** lately, anyways, if he beats pacquiao hell be number 2.
