Just goes to show how easy it is for our lives to be taken away in a second, or to survive a very lucky escape. It seems the person seated next to him died on the spot, along with one other. It could have a very bad effect on Anthony's mental state this though.

Agreed, these type of things stay with you for life, he'll no doubt need therapy. If he ever does fight again I think this incident will have an effect on his aggressiveness in the ring

have not seen much pics but from what i can see the car it not a total right off but yet there seems to be death and survivors, that suggests non wearing of seatbelts for the dead im thinking and AJ with his belt on, smart boy

says the lexus he was in was over taking at speed at crashed into a stationary lorry which i saw pics of, so he was overtaking & did he make a mistake and see an oncoming car and panic and to avoid the oncoming car he then hit the stationary lorry, they drive on the left road side in nigeria it seems and the damage to the lexus is mainly on the right side which could indicate he hit a stationary lorry parked on the right hard shoulder of the road with a bad over taking move gone wrong

Why was he wearing only underwear or a swimsuit? Strange. The whole front of the car was crushed; he's fortunate to have been in the passenger seat.

Vehicular accidents are a trigger for me; wish Joshua a speedy recovery and my condolences to the families of the deceased.

It was not an "accident" but a collision/crash caused by dangerous driving. True "accidents" among motorists are rare, it's nearly always down to human error, distraction or recklessness.
