Carl Froch: "Andre Dirrell Tried To Steal a Decision"

Is it me or does Froch talk way too much? I mean, dude you won! Why does he feel the need to keep yappin' about it. It's almost as if he has to talk to prove to himself that he's any good. The more he talks the more he looks like an idiot. After he loses I'm sure we'll never hear the end of whatever he has to say bout how he lost. I kinda liked watching him but he's turning me off with the constant runnning of the mouth.

I can't stand Carl Froch. There is absolutely nothing special about this guy. His arrogance is unbelievable. I hate to break it to you Carl, but the point of boxing is to hit and not get hit. That's exactly what Dirrell did. Can it stink a place out sometimes? Yes. Did it against your sorry ass? Not at all. Froch should have been penalized at least twice during that fight but the ref did nothing. Should Dirrell have been penalized for holding so much? Perhaps, but let's even it out, what with all the rabbit punches Froch was throwing I am suprised he didn't get DQ'd. Just because Froch can't box doesn't mean Dirrell ran. Andre was slick and did everything anyone who has seen him fight before knew he was going to do, which was outsmart Froch by making him miss and counterpunching him. I appreciate that kind of skill because it's not easy to do in the ring. I hope Kessler knocks Froch out and hard.

Dirrell did not fight like a champion. Running around the ring scared, ducking down below the belt, turning your back, clinching and spoiling for 2 and a half minutes of every round, is not going to win you belts at this level. A SD decision in favour of Froch, the champion, is a just decision IMO.

Dirrell showed occasions of quick hands and skill, but could have won the fight easily if he showed an ounce of bravery or heart.

Froch won a close split decision over Dirrell last Saturday night in Nottingham, England. There has been a lot of controversy over which fighter deserved the decision. We shall see Who will be running when Froch faces Kessler or Abraham. It is not about being American for me but having ability and skill. Froch was "The Champion" yet fought like a flailing, rabbit punching, body slamming fool- no points deducted for any of that either (fringe benefits of having the belt I reckon).

AA will end his career and Kessler.......that fight will be a massacre, mark my words. I would not be surprised if Ward has Carl begging his girlfriend not to leave him after the fight due to his inability to land anything besides a rabbit punch.

No. Me neither. He needs to grow some balls. Boxing used to be a mans game, now it's turned into a ***** sport because of the likes of Dirrell. It's no wonder every f**ker has gone over to MMA.

Who ever said boxing is about standing and fighting. The greatest ran and set up there foes. Its about strategies, and skill. Froch is a straight ahead fighter, dirrell is a mover. It just two different styles.Also remember that in the last rounds dirrell stood with froch a couple times and froch couldn't hit him and dirrell hurt him 3 times and froch backed up . Old saying when ever you have a fighter going backwards that wants to come forward he's in trouble. dirrell didn't steal anything he took the win but those judges went with the home town hero.So who lost, froch did and you KNOW IT ,count his clean punches. Dirrells the one who looked foolish falling all over the place and not wanting to fight. Froch is right Dirrell just tried to spoil a good show. If Dirrell would've just fought he might have stopped Froch but instead he has no balls. He was so scared to take even 1 punch from Froch.
