No! He wasn’t unknown. They knew who he was. Which was the reason why he was pulled over in the first place.

All they had to do is run the tags on his plates if they didn’t know who he was. It seems to me at least that he was targeted by these cops.

They were monitoring him all along. Largely due to their own bigotry and racial animus towards a rich, famous and successful black man.

They couldn’t stand to see Bud receiving all of that attention and the keys to the city of Omaha; His own hometown.

I think people should wait till all of the police footage is released. Not sure why people are jumping to conclusions before even seeing the flipping video. But if I am a cop who pulls over 4 guys and there is a gun in view, I do not think it matters what color you are, I am gonna hold my gun on you till it is clear
