You can't break down Joes resume without sounding like a total hater but the reality is its all smoke and mirrors and people these days don't like uncomfortable truths.
Roy, B-Hop, Eubank Sr was all very old and past it.
I give him credit for Kessler - His best win imo but it gets overlooked because he's not a legend/elite but he was undefeated and a solid world class fighter in his prime.
Beating Roy, Eubank Sr etc at that stage means nothing, they are just names. Sure B-Hop went on to have a little success after but I don't even think Joe won that fight. I can't make a case for him winning.
Jeff Lacy is quite possibly the biggest hypejob in the history of the sport - Struggled with Omar Sheika which I think debunks Joe ruining him, even afterwards he was so bad he made an ancient, shot to bits Roy look as good if not better than he did even at his peak lol

I thought he lost to both B-Hop & Reid.

I think he does rank quite highly but I am not sure how high exactly.
I've never seen such a protected fighter and the level of cherrypicking. His resume is very thin.

He spent 10yrs or more defending his title in small hall shows vs absolute nobodies in almost total obscurity until he fought Lacy on ITV and nobody in the UK even really knew who either was, they was just being sold a product in real time. How can a UK fighter be a world champion for 10yrs and be unknown over here?
