To be fair to floyd, my aunty is no boxing expert, she didn't know what she was seeing of course. Just the facts took my aunties opinion too literally?

Somehow Floyd was in “better nick” when Floyd’s older, coming off 2 hard gruelling fights with Maidana, one that he arguably lost, and Pacquaio on the other hand is coming off dominant wins over Rios, Bradley and Algeri where he barely loses a round.

Well, Floyd handpicked Maidana twice and both looked like business set ups. Floyd had to be forced to fight Pac by the head of CBS Showtime Les Moonves. Yes the Floyd Maidana fights looked competitive but so did Creed vs Balboa and Lang vs Balboa. Pac Floyd looked like Floyd boxed to survive 12 because he knew the Vegas judges were bought.

Floyd was running the whole fight. He was running in Madonna 2 as well.

He had a six fight deal that paid him a guaranteed 30 million a fight. Of course he was cherrypicking the least threatening opposition.

By the time the suits (Moonves) caught on, you could see they told Mayweather to fight Manny or else. By that time Manny had already been ko'd and was a far less risk.

Manny is two years younger than Floyd and won two more world titles after Floyd beat him (not to mention the draw he just got at 47 with the WBC welterweight titlist).

Floyd was more washed than Manny by a considerable margin when the fight took place. If it had happened earlier, Floyd would have been sharper and won even more easily.

its one thing if politics prevented that fight from happening during Pacman’s prime
but it wasn’t the case.

This is my scorecard last 6 rds, for the state Cotto was in he did fairly well but did not have the energy, freshness and confidence to pull off a Maidana like performance and was fading in the late rounds. Cotto had the right idea by applying smart pressure but in the end it was not enough.

Most boxing fans know pac was way more past prime than floyd when they fought, but as pac is greater he disguised it better, I mean pac getting koed alone by jm m alone probably aged pac years
Floyd fans in reality know floyd looked poor against Madonna and pac and the excuse they use is floyd was more past prime? I honestly don't believe anyone who knows boxing is buying that though.
