Who did better against Floyd: Pacquiao or Maidana?

Yes the slight of hand made possible by passing up on the WW iteration in the 00s.
James toney says the same about floyd too, more people are being vocal about floyd now. Floyd wasnt subtle about what he was doing back then so it didn't need to have been spoken it is what it is back then.
But people are letting it be known more now, that you can't do what floyd did if you want to be great.
The floyd that fought maid ana was the same floyd that fought nelo, it's just how maidens fought floyd is how Nel o should have. Nel o would have in a rematchComment

Neither had a shot to beat him, but Maidana was closest. Pac's style was nowhere near the a mismatch for Floyd like Maidana's was. Watching both fights back, they aren't anywhere as close as some people make them out to be.Both best floyd arguably. But my aunty who I was watching fight with was pleading with ref to save Floyd from further punishment against the cruel maidana. Plus maidens got his rematch. So id say maidens did better.
Although floyd fans will say maidens fight was closer that's why he got rematch, whereas floyd was most likely scared of pac more and took money and ran from pac. Quit whilst ahead so to speakComment

Floyd was cherrypicking.Originally posted by IronDanHamza
Then you go and say Floyd wasn’t shopworn in 2015
.
He wasn't shopworn in 2015 just like Holmes wasn’t shopworn when Spinks beat him 2x
You say Manny wasn’t in his prime, then you say he was p4p 2 and all this other crap like he is prime, so which one is it.Last edited by djtmal; 08-06-2025, 09:59 AM.Comment

Pacquaio wasn’t in his prime in 2015 but he was still the 2nd best fighter in the world l.
