So the Mexican based organization allowed the Mexican to get away with cheating. Shocker. Not like they haven’t done that before.

Ordering a rematch boxing still making the least effort to appear like a legitimate sport. The belt orgs dying off will be one good side effect of Turki invading boxing.

They say an one year period blah blah, but why is no one seeming to touch on the subject that Rodriguez had his last fight before Yafai also mysteriously changed from a win to NC...hmmmmm

But a direct rematch? Such BS not surprised from WBC and their Mexican bias, but even if the record is erased it doesn't take away the physical and psychological damage Yafai received. Heck, he should just say eff it to the BS interim and see if Teraji is willing to fight him this winter.

Sadly, a beating like that has permanently and NEGATIVELY altered the trajectory is career will take going forwards - and it can't be undone. A fight with Teraji would be very difficult now whereas he might have been the favorite prior to the beating.

I have zero faith in the British Board doing a/ the right thing and b/ in a timely manner - but in any case I hope they ban Rodriguez for 3 years and demand his purse is paid to Yagai before he gets his licence back

He should be banned for life, more importantly, his manager and his trainer should be banned for life. Do that and MoFos will start to take this seriously. Galal may live with the results of the man cheating for the rest of his life. The MoFos who facilitated it shouldn’t get to just walk away unconcerned.

I wonder how many fighters both in boxing and mma are still out there fighting all juiced up to the gills but just havent been caught yet lol. Dangerous stuff
