But no really acceptable explanation why?.Your explanation is usually along lines of, he has a win over pac, he never lost?
I try to be reasonable and reply calzaghe has a win over hopkins and rjj and never lost. I say marciano has win over Joe Louis and never lost.
Why is floyd so entitled?. Joe calzaghe and marciano are going to feel hard done by, with floyd being shown favouritism.
Floyd doesn't need to be ranked higher than Ali, or SRR but there's an almost desperation that floyd has to be ranked above pac for some reason?
I think you know the reason why though- Marciano was younger than Joe Louis, head-to-head he only beat an older Joe Louis. Calzaghe was younger than RJJ, head-to-head he only beat an older RJJ. But Floyd was older than Pacquiao, head-to-head he beat the younger man.

Now, obviously there are some flaws with that logic (and I am not writing I agree with it) but I think it shows the material difference with Floyd v Manny and the other two cases cited. As I wrote, I don't agree with it- the flaw being that both were past their prime so all it showed was that head-to-head an old Floyd was better than an old Manny. Except that so many fans cite hanging on past ones prime and getting late career wins as a noteworthy accomplishment and add that to a fighters column.

You can disagree and not like it forever but the fact remains, history will ALWAYS recognize Floyd as the superior fighter over Manny. It is what it is.

Here the best explanation why, all CREDIBLE all time lists already have Floyd rated higher than Pacquiao. Do you think that’s gonna magically change somehow? As I posted, you can disagree and not like that but it’s a straight up fact.

What history you talking about. What facts.

              Ring Mag and Espn?

Where is your backup for that claim

They didn't fight for supremacy in 2009 Floyd was scared

How many CREDIBLE lists are there

You said "all" like there is about 50 or so of these lists

What makes these lists you have yet to name CREDIBLE

                Name them

Name who is doing the research as well

                Also give the criteria used

Lol. Here we go. We still waiting on Big Dunn to provide this list of legit boxing historians, now we have credible all time p4p lists that nobody can seem to name

Lol how can floyd be superior fighter when he was finished at 38 years old, with only 48 fights under belt? Performed so bad that you made excuses that he must be been so past prime? Whilst pac who had so many wars still going strongish at 46 years old. Whether, you was SRL, Floyd, Hagler, they were finished by 40.
Which shows you don't care what pac does. You judge a fighter over their whole career, and it's clear Pac can still perform because he was genuinely great, your dismissing the extra years pac has had over his rivals?
