I was really impressed with Norman Jr. Shows great patience, take calculated risks. Big and strong for the weight. Economical with hands and feet, gets great power into shots, accurate, fast hands, good punch variety.

Assuming he doesn’t outgrow the weight I suspect he’s going to absolutely dominate anyone moving up from 140. It won’t even be close. Bar boots Norman is the best at 147.

For all the haters and know it all wannabe managers who denigrated Norman's decision to pass on Boots fight : "The undefeated Brian Norman Jr when return to boxing ring against Jin Sasaki his purse for the fight will be upto $400k guaranteed and since he is fighting in main pay-per-view event there will be share 70% from it which increase his overall earnings to $1.6 million estimated based on 500k ppv buy rate." https://www.sportysalaries.com/2025/...aki-purse.html

Is it confirmed Boots is running up to 154? After all the yapping about going undisputed at 147 and that's why he wasn't going to fight Ortiz Jr and the other top guys at 154 when he had a contract in front of him, one would think he'd at least wait to see how Norman did in this fight and make an offer, and preferably one that's at least 500k bigger than the last one.

Adrian Clark and Jolene Mizzone represent as good a management team as there is in boxing. Clark hired the right person in Mizzone, who had a long history with Main Events and knows how to spot talent and develop it. They made the correct call walking away from the Boots fight for anything less than 2.2 million. Clark/Mizzone also work with Top Rank and what promotional company is better than Top Rank, despite what the bottom-feeders spew on Twitter.

Cong**** on the win, but please keep Boots’ name out of your mouth! If you wanted smoke, you would’ve signed the contract!

Yeah, I gave Boots a pass for turning down the big offer Turki made for Boots to fight Vergil 4 months ago, considering Boots claimed he wanted to collect all the belts at 147. Boots should have fought Vergil during Riyadh, we would have been treated to a good fight and Madrimov would have fought Bohachuk as well.

I was already a fan but really enjoyed that! Caught it in my break from work. Took both breaks at once to watch! Brilliant.
