What's up with this ****? Sparring is for getting work in, not answering somebody's challenge. Let Rock beat Vitali, if he can, and if Toney can do a number on Huggy Bear, like most of us want ANYBODY to do, then they can meet for real, where it counts. Otherwise, quit posturing.
OK, so maybe this is just way in advance publicity?

But I guess they can help eachother out.
Dude, you talk as if Rahman is the second coming of Joe Louis or something; have you seen his last 5 fights?

Nastiest right hand my ass. That right hand wont be so nasty if it's not landing cleanly.

LOL , thats true because Toney's defense is pretty good.

you would hope neither of them are ****** enough to spar together, in the lead to their respective big fights.

rahman's talking crap, and it may backfire on him, because toney may take him up on it. then rahman either backs down form the challenge, or gets busted up in sparring.

toney is a fighter, in the streets, in the gym in the ring, doesn't matter. rahman is 'slightly' more intelligent and unless he's prepared to put it all on the line in a sparring session, he'll be coming off second best.

Something ironic, Green fought Toney in that sparring session like Ruiz fights.

              Ruiz by decision.

Green handed Toney his ass????? That is the craziest thing I have ever heard. Toney was the big guy but he was the more accurate guy, as well Danny Greeen couldn't move out of the way of ****. He also got made fun of the whole time. Toney broke his nose in the first or second round. People that were watching thought that maybe the fight should have been stopped.

I have to ask you your own question. Did you see Toney vs Green?

A middleweight landed at will against someone almost 100 pounds heavier. Really, how impressive. Oscar de la hoya could also land at will against Hopkins, but it doesn't really matter does it.

The only thing Danny Green displayed was the ability to take a lot of hard shots without going down. Standing there and trading with someone almost 100 pounds bigger is not exactly smart, and I doubt any one judging that session would have given Green even one round.

Thats a good point sparing is practice, so you can't really judge a matchup based on a sparing session.

That's some funny **** to think Danny Green won that.
Toney could have did him worse than how he did him, in my opinion.

As far as Rahman goes, I don't see anything he can do better than Toney, aside from hitting harder, but even that is neutralized by Toney's excellent defense. Toney has a pretty hard chin, as well..
