Skill wise, why would Boots have to.duck Teo, please explain and help me understand? Devin never missed weight b4. And he never tested for PEDS. He's a clean athlete so respect that much, if nothing else. And Ryan is a weight cheat, so he should move up, but he wouldn't do it while Boots was around. Watch he officially goes to welter now all of a sudden. As for Boots ducking Bud and Ortiz, you crazy. Boots publicly stated for years that he wanted to face Errol and Bud. And he's going to 154 to fight bigger men, so what more do you want? He's going to Ortiz's division. That doesn't sound like he's ducking to me
Yet he left the wbo rankings when Bud was making nothing but mandatory and voluntary defenses, then turned down Buds offer too! His own Daddy confirmed that. And he didnt trigger his mandatory shot to Spence.... Sounds EXACTLY like a duck!

Errol sat ringside when Boots fought Custio Clayton the Canadian Olympian, and Boots smoked him inside 2 rounds. Errol saw Boots up close and personal. He saw the offense and defense from both stances, switching effortlessly between southpaw and orthodox. He saw the skill, the jab, the reflexes, timing, speed, and the power. He saw the mindset and the temperament too. As a seasoned fighter, he understands the size of the task of facing Boots in the ring, let alone beating him. Errol may be crazy, but he ain't ******. There's no way in hell that anyone in their right mind would have been eager to face Boots after sitting ringside for that fight. I never heard Errol publicly say the words, "I wanna fight Boots". I never heard Bud say that either. They're not scared, but they know boxing very well. They know that for them, Boots would be in super condition mentally and physically and razor sharp, and they both know that would be a hell of a battle. Any one who has ever boxed b4 can easily understand that Boots is nothing to play with.

I hope he treats the 154 division better than he treated 147.

All that and yet Bootsy NEVER triggered his mandatory. If he was what you say, he would've done what he should. He didnt. End of story

He ducked Vergil to fight an unknown euro. If he does anything but petition for a title shot right away at 154 this is dumb

He was fighting at 147 and wanted to unify the belts, just because he didn't move up to fight Ortiz is not a duck. A duck would be if he says no to an Ortiz fight now, which I'm willing to guarantee he won't.
I swear, I want to stay off these forums… Turki offered Boots the biggest bag of his life after Boots called out the 154 division after beating Karen! He got scared and ducked Virgil. Bottom line
