You sound about as dumb as your screen name would suggest you are! An average boxer, totally unknown in America named.Steve Claggett, swelled both of Teo's eyes up like 2 Honduran plums. Skill wise, why would Boots have to.duck Teo, please explain and help me understand? Devin never missed weight b4. And he never tested for PEDS. He's a clean athlete so respect that much, if nothing else. And Ryan is a weight cheat, so he should move up, but he wouldn't do it while Boots was around. Watch he officially goes to welter now all of a sudden. As for Boots ducking Bud and Ortiz, you crazy. Boots publicly stated for years that he wanted to face Errol and Bud. And he's going to 154 to fight bigger men, so what more do you want? He's going to Ortiz's division. That doesn't sound like he's ducking to me

It’s now official! Jaron “Boots” Ennis is a coward who is afraid of taking any risks outside of the ring.
He’s the ultimate duck. Hate and call Devin Haney any bad name that you want but the one thing that no one can say is that the kid doesn’t bet on himself by taking risks outside of the ring.
He’s always looking to compete against the best opposition and competition available. However, with Jaron Ennis it is just excuse after excuse to not fight somebody who is good.Comment

Ryan already moved up to 147, he fought for a title and lost.
Devin fought Ramirez at a catchweight of 144.
Teo is a title holder at 140 and a small 140 at that.
Boots beats all 3 though, Boots should have accepted Turki's offer to fight Ortiz 4 month ago, but he turned it down. First he said that he wasn't aware of an offer, then, supposedly to collect all the belts at 147...Comment

This sudden 154 move only confirms Boots knew wasnt ready for no Ortiz smoke back when the fight deal was offered, well, SWW just got even more interesting.

Obviously you don't really know boxing. First, he didn't duck either guy, he called Bud out but Bud said it wasn't worth the risk. He was fighting at 147 and wanted to unify the belts, just because he didn't move up to fight Ortiz is not a duck. A duck would be if he says no to an Ortiz fight now, which I'm willing to guarantee he won't.
Teo called him out and he ducked lmfao
Devin is trash fighting guys his own size
And Ryan on his way out
Lmfao booty ennis is where he belongs. Instead of you being a fangirl how bout he fights guys his own size? Which by the way he already ducked Crawford and Ortiz

Errol sat ringside when Boots fought Custio Clayton the Canadian Olympian, and Boots smoked him inside 2 rounds. Errol saw Boots up close and personal. He saw the offense and defense from both stances, switching effortlessly between southpaw and orthodox. He saw the skill, the jab, the reflexes, timing, speed, and the power. He saw the mindset and the temperament too. As a seasoned fighter, he understands the size of the task of facing Boots in the ring, let alone beating him. Errol may be crazy, but he ain't st_oopid. There's no way in hell that anyone in their right mind would have been eager to face Boots after sitting ringside for that fight. I never heard Errol publicly say the words, "I wanna fight Boots". I never heard Bud say that either. They're not scared, but they know boxing very well. They know that for them, Boots would be in super condition mentally and physically and razor sharp, and they both know that would be a hell of a battle. Any one who has ever boxed b4 can easily understand that Boots is nothing to play with.Originally posted by El_Mero
Yet he left the wbo rankings when Bud was making nothing but mandatory and voluntary defenses, then turned down Buds offer too! His own Daddy confirmed that. And he didnt trigger his mandatory shot to Spence.... Sounds EXACTLY like a duck!Last edited by archiemoore1; 06-22-2025, 11:24 PM.Comment
