Marquez is your answer. Pac had a hard time vs Marquez and Floyd was a bigger and much better version of the counterpunching/defense style. I don't know how many here forgot the many excuses TR and Pac had in not taking the fight.

different style! marquez has an aggressive counter punching style... floyd is just a defensive fighter, especially in 2009, pretty boy floyd was more aggressive, money may, not so much. floyd had a hard time with Maidana's style (similar to pac but way limited than pac), and this fight was in 2014, so in 2009, floyd would had a very hard time dealing with manny's relentless pressure. in 2009, pac was still in his prime, fresh off from giving cotto a beat down, which in fact, was the reason why the mayweather family started accusing manny! it was in cotto fight. they was shook!
