In some respects Ryan reminds me so much of Amir Khan. No head movement, no lateral movement, standing up & going forward in a straight line means no matter how good your reflexes are, you will get hit by power shots
In other respects Ryan doesn't remind me of Amir Khan at all. Knocked down in R2 & trailing on all scorecards, Amir would've done something. Quite possibly it woulda lead to his getting sparked but Amir would've tried to fight his way back into the fight. Ryan must have known he was way down on points but he really didn't try to find a way back. I don't like to criticise a fighter's heart but, at best, Ryan completely misread the fight. At worst .....Fightfan79 likes this.

Without all the doping; His days as an elite fighter are over! Everyone currently at 147 kicks the living shit out of him and that also includes: Mario Barrios.

Did anyone else notice the fact that none of the fighters on the main card were bruised, swollen, or scratched up at all! None of them!!! They played us with a subpar performance and got paid well!

Whatever he's doing, it's not boxing.
Haney just plain out ran. And fought a zombie in Ramirez.
Ramirez is done and had no business in the ring. If you looked in his eyes during the weigh-in and heard him speak, you can see that he is clearly an old shell of himself. He looks punch drunk and worse.
Ramirez should not have been an opponent for Haney. Yet, Haney looked terrible. What's going to happen if Haney gets in the ring with a boxer who is alive/awake?

Leonard was an artist in the ring. Like you say there's a huge difference in what the masters do and what Haney does.
The only time I'll ever watch Haney again, is if he fights someone who's skilled and aggressive enough to go against that annoying style.
But to be honest, I don't think many fighters or promoters will want to fight that guy anymore. That's not what I consider boxing.
