Shakur and Matchroom are done

I don't see how MatchRoom wouldn't be owed for getting the Zepeda fight signed. Part of his job was to make fights happen for Shakur...Comment

Not knowing the circumstances of the deal but not hard to see that Matchroom was the stepping stone
I just think Shakur is showing a side that you really shouldn’t show in business
If I were a promoter , I certainly won’t have Shakur in my sights unless he agrees to some stringent clausesComment

Crawford has never been with Matchroom. There should be no surprise. Once you become an established name in the sport, no reason why you should sign long-term deals with any promoter.
Turki is what these guys' main target. They go to Fast Eddie first because he's the one accessible everywhere serving as bridge to Turki.
It's the same with Crawford's case. He went to Fast Eddie first, then when he found a way to talk directly to Turki, Fast Eddie no longer had any point of being the middle man.
All roads lead to $$$$$$$$$$$$. Like they say, "follow the money."
Greeed baby, greeed.
Matchroom were promoting Madrimov who was fighting Crawford.

But Shakur/Davis is no guarantee. Who's to say that Davis wouldn't do the fight if MR was involved?
It's a foreseeable hazard of doing business, which is why promoters should learn not to take it too personal. I think Hearn would lose some sleep if Ennis leaves. I think Ennis' success is gradually becoming personal for Hearn.

Many of them have never been with MR. Point is Fast Eddie is the one roaming around all over the place talking to everybody. He's the access point. Only Hearn has direct access to the Saudi promoter.

Black fighters when they got established want nothing to do with Hearn. Ennis would part ways soon.
It's naive to think Hearn would be able to make Shakur vs Tank. He's not even needed in this fight. All it takes is Turki's money.
