Yes VADA tests for a few more things than USADA, and is the ideal of the two in my opinon for that reason. It doesn't mean USADA isn't a credible and gold standard testing procedure which is objectively is. To say it's "not plausible" to only have one positive test in that time frame is wrong, it's more than possible and certainly plausible.
To compare the numbers is dumb because USADA is barely used in boxing in comparison to VADA.
USADA was the testing protocol used in the UFC for over a decade and they caught a plethora of athletes during that time.
