The pros massively outweigh the negatives when it comes to USADA and their history. That's not debatable either.

USADA have made a lot of mistakes, that's true. Still doesn't change the fact they are a gold standard drug testing procedure.

VADA is used predominantly by promoters/ORGs etc because it's cheaper.

They are both essentially the same thing, they do the same protocol and they undergo their testing in the same WADA lab.

VADA is the better of the two currently because they test for a few more things that USADA don't. But all the common/main stuff they obviously both test for.

USADA is a gold standard testing protocol.
