Do you agree? I mean, he is jumping 2 weight classes to fight Canelo at 168 rather than draining him down to 152 like Floyd did. Even LDBC who hate Crawford says he is Top 5 all time if he wins.

well canelo has been fighting very average opposition for quite a while now i mean that guy mungi got waxed by some unknown french guy a while back as well, i wouldnt be surprised if canelo is well on the slide but that wont be really shown until he actually fights a guy at a certain level, if canelo had fought and beat benny and was now fighting bud then i would say yeah but he swerved that fight like the plague and now canelo is fighting some guy even boxing fans have to google so idk what to think about it

I will say that IMO Crawford is going up 3 divisions, not 2. He has had one fight at 154. History will decide where he lands.

It'd be a great accomplishment but Canelo's barely Top 5 Mex fighter of all time. Over the hill at that. It'd make him the greatest fighter since May retired though I'll give him that.

Boxing has been around for so long, that fighters from 100 years ago fought with the same science and technique that they do today.
Very unique among major pro sports.

To discuss the question of all time greats seriously, you've got to really know the history as very few fighters or fans do.

Ap if that win puts him among the all time greats then what does it do for Canelo if he wins?

It will be one of the biggest single wins ever as in taking risk and showin g you want greatness. But must you must take into consideration Nel o could have off night. So for insurance after beating Nel o you'd need a few more great wins to show it wasn't a lucky win.

very delusional, as expected. he already thought he is something like top20 ever after beating spence. crawford is somewhere around #100 all time. beating canelo would enhance that certainly but not by 90 places.
