I'm sure Matchroom and Top Rank will outbid Golden Boy, but by how much?? Realistically speaking how much money can that fight generate?? Neither Shakur nor Zepeda are big draws... The purpose of someone like Turki is to pay what the boxer's promoters aren't willing to lose financially. Now that Turki is not willing to overpay Shakur, the offers from Eddie, Arum and Oscar are what they believe the fight will generate. None of these guys are gonna be willing to lose money to make the fight happen.

I'm still interested in watching the fight and hope that Shakur accepts whatever the highest bid is. I just don't think the bid will be higher than $3.5 million..
