Benavidez WEAK Resume but WILL only fight Benavidez for 200 Million.
Will face Mandotory Ryder not for 200 Million, but Not face WBC Mandotory, ONLY for 200 Million. It's OBVIOUS.
Ginger wasn't asking for 200 million to fight Berlanga simply because nobody was asking for that fight, whereas the boxing community was clamoring for Ginger to fight Benavidez, big big difference.
A hater can label Ginger a duck, a coward or chicken, but even the haters can't label Ginger a s-tupid businessman. Ginger out negotiated a wealthy "it's my way or the highway" business man in Turki. Turki tried taking his ball home and announced on social media that he had changed his mind on working with Ginger, only to crawl back, take his words back and over pay Ginger the Diva just to sign him to a 4 fight deal and Ginger's first freaking opponent is Scull.
Freaking Ginger is getting the last laugh and actually proving to his haters, that he indeed is calling the shots and it's his way or the highway...
Now, as silly as this may sound, Scull might very well be the David that slays the Giant and ruins Ginger's plans and shatters his ego. We'll see......

Benny is supposed to be a beast
So says his fan(s)....
What does he bring to the table besides disrespect ?
If he says he's so bad, let him go out and be the face of boxing.
Nelo did it and didn't need any help from Benny.

Oh, right, because Canelo actually has a legacy while David doesn't have a leg to stand on. We ALL know you goofy "fans" are nothing to bet the house on, so David just has to deal with his situation.
Nothing worse than having to depend on the "fans" to demand a fight when you as a fighter ruined your chances, twice.
DEAL WITH IT.
He can’t get his title shot because your idol is holding all the belts hostage AND is a coward. That’s how.
David does not have a legacy because there are no belts to fight for. Guess who is holding on to them for dear life while fighting Charlo, Scull, Munguia, Berlanga, Crawford etc.
Pretty sure after Crawford, Canelo will most likely Julio Caesar Chavez Jr again because it’s a mouthwatering all-Mexican clash. Rumor has it that Maidana is making a comeback. That’s a great fight for Canelo. I bet.

I think you missed the point I was trying to make all together, but that is OK. Canelo using that excuse or reasoning may very well be fake(it more than likely is), my point was that I disagreed with the first poster that I replied to. My opinion was that a more effective method of revenge for someone who has the ability to change someone's life be it financially or by the type of exposure that benefits one's immediate future is to not pay him no mind. That is far greater than getting up in the ring to beat someone with boxing gloves where rules are in place to protect a fighter just because they disrespected you.

I don't know Benavidez personally to vouch for his character or nobleness. You might know him personally and know how truthful the man is or you might have spent a weekend with him binging on C-oke where he confessed his whole life to you and professed his pure love for the sport(couldn't resist the joke Oracle, my apologies) and you now trust every word that comes out of his mouth.
