I'm sure that the ppv won’t do to shabby also
I don't understand your question, Benn and Eubank are not fighting in SA. You do realize that fighters and their teams are given luxurious gifts and treated really nice. It's quite an experience for the whole team.

I get the feeling that you believe I am trying to claim that Turki is not treating or paying boxers well. Big name boxers can make great money fighting in UK and the US as well. Bivol is happy making money in SA, I'm happy for him. He gets to keep more of his money fighting there than here in the US. But the point still stands that Sulaiman stated on record what Bivol earned against Madrimov and what he was offered to fight here in the US against Benavidez.

I believe what Sulaiman said and gave you the reasons why I believe him. You obviously don't believe him and that's cool, but what are your sources to why you believe Bivol got $10 million for fighting Beterbiev and what source has gone on record to deny that an $8 million dollar offer was presented to Bivol to fight Benavidez.

they also have to pay tax on their income too its not just free cash in saudi for most if not all of them i would say
      But I never argued otherwise....

How does Sulaiman benefit from lying about the numbers? Will fighters suddenly not accept fighting for Turki? The world knows that the Saudi government has endless money, lying about Bivol only earning $2.7 million doesn't hurt Turki nor benefit Sulaiman in any form. What's the agenda for stating that Bivol earned $2.7 million? He didn't follow up with an insult or a sinister laugh....

There is nothing that can make me believe a word of Sulaiman , sorry
And yes I do know that fight is in England and exactly explains that you go where the money is
It is Turki who pushed for it Benn vs Eubank and placed the fight in UK when it could of very well have been in Saudi where it wouldn’t have sold close to 60 000 just in tickets

now quoting sports salaries which u did earlier his fight v artem shakur made 4.2 mil overall when all bonus's were added so the site says

Shakur Stevenson vs Artem Harutyunyan Purse Payouts | PPV Share for upcoming fight 6 July 2024 revealed guaranteed $2m distributed among these two.

so shakur also turned down 3 mil a fight with arum but you would have us believe that he is heading all the way to saudi v schofield for half of what he got v artem and a lot less than what he turned down from arum do you really believe this is the case??

I'm not trying to convince you to believe Sulaiman brother, not at all...

I don't think I'm disagreeing with you either.

My original post was about the financial details that Sulaiman revealed. You don't think they're legit, I stated why I do. Somehow it has morphed into you believing that I believe that Turki doesn't pay more than PBC or you thinking that I think fighters aren't making more money fighting on Turki cards.

That's not at all what I was arguing.....

why is he even mentioning what he thinks people are earning in the first place? does he go around parroting what he thinks are other boxers wage packets? then he jumps on the benny fight like a piece of dog crap on a shoe and u are talking about a sinister laugh?

but the whole point of this is that u are arguing that bivol is only getting 2.7 mil for his beter fight when others are arguing that he is actually getting more than this

I quoted that article that falls in line with what Sulaiman claims that Bivol received against Beterbiev, which lines up with what Bud was guaranteed for his LA fight. The source I'm going with, as far as Bivol earning $2.7 million is Sulaiman's own words not an article. I brought up that article because another poster claimed that other articles had Bivol earning $10 million. Articles with phantom sources are just articles without an actual source. You believe articles without sources, cool! I prefer an actual source that is tied to the money. Not trying to convince you or anybody that I'm right, just what I'm going with and why.

As for Shakur, he declined a 5 fight deal with Arum for $15 million. Aside from the money, 5 fight contracts for Stars or potential stars is not wise, considering there were/are potential big fights ahead for Shakur. Eddie was able to convince him that he could make him more than $15 million for 3 fights, considering Eddie is/was tight with Turki.

Do you know the details of Shakur's deal with Eddie? How much he's guaranteed for each fight?? I doubt he made less than $3 million to fight on the 22nd of Feb..

I'm telling you what I believe and why I believe Sulaiman, he's a part of the financial dealings as it affects his pocket.

You guys are arguing that Turki paid more, because Turki's super rich and there's just no way that Bivol only made $2.7 million without an actual source... Just opinion and a hunch. If you provide something from either Bivol's team or Eddie, I'll believe, because those guys are actual sources who are part of the financial dealings.
