A legend of the sport has just passed away and the first thing you do is make a troll thread.

You’re one sad man. Get a life kid.

Foreman has more talent and ability in one finger than Kownacki could ever dream of having.
Wouldn’t even waste your time with this troll mate.

He can’t be serious with such an egregious opinion.

Crazy that George Foreman just died two days ago and you decide to make a thread to do down talk him.

What if he didn't look slick or flashy, he had superb timing and punch selection to capitalize on his punching power.

Besides his chin being made of granite, when he need to he had an active cross armed highguard to block/parry, to make it difficult to catch him clean, it is likely that based on his punching power, his opponents also refrained from fully committing to engage him.

He is a two time world champion and golden Olympic medalist. He still competed at the top level up to his late forties becoming the oldest world heavyweight champion in history. He beat Joe Frazier X2, Ken Norton, and Michael Moorer.

          more than just a slugger

the greatest slugger in heavyweight boxing history

Big George was good at applying pressure too

the last heavyweight from the golden era is now gone

          George the slugger
          Ali the boxer
          Frazier the swarmer

For one he had some of the most effective timing, tempo/rhythm and shot selection ever at HW, which is how he kept catching people and hurting them even with seemingly slow shots. He would tap, tap, tap then BAM.

Good jab too along with obviously excellent power and chin.

Foreman's punch selection, brutal power, and sturdy chin pretty much meant he didn't need to be a technical wizard. Therein lies his greatness.

Also, I won't live in a house that is not equipped with a Foreman grill.

                  Olympic Gold Medalst.

Knocked out prime Ken Norton in 2 rounds, then prime Joe Frazier in 2 rounds to win the Heavyweight Championship of the world, to then come back 20 years later and win the Heavyweight championship of the world again AT 44 year old vs an undefeated Moorer.

                  But "you don't get it".

Yeah I don't think you ever will.
                  This about says it.

Foreman had, in addition to what is very obvious; otherworldly timing.

Even if you were just as big and strong; he'd nail you; and you'd be gone.

That poster is suggesting that this is nothing that Mark Gastineau couldn't do? Lol.

If the heavyweight division was "that bad".....they wouldn't need weight divisions. Big thinker.
