Actually you said "Tank CAN say that he beat more prime fighters". That's not quite the same thing as "may feel". The latter is dependent on Tank's feelings. The former carries the denotation that he is able to make the claim and the connotation that he's justified in making that claim. Which did you mean to say? That he has a valid claim to having beaten more "prime fighters"? And that's leaving aside whether "prime" mid level fighters constitute better opponents than past prime ATG, HOF, and P4P fighters. It's incontrovertible fact that Floyd beat more champions and ranked fighters, particularly fighters ranked in his own division, than Tank has. And if you meant that "can" in context of "everyone has the ability to say stuff", it's a fundamentally meaningless statement. I "can" say that I've beaten more champions than Floyd too, and it wouldn't be any more true than if Tank said it.
