Floyd isn't my favorite, or that of any of the guys posting here, and I'll be the first to admit he sought fights on favorable terms. But he fought top guys, and that's a distinction you're apparently incapable of understanding. As I said, by your standards, I'm a better fighter than Floyd too because I've got more wins over "prime" fighters. You don't get more artificial than what you're trying to pull here, and I'm quite sure many of us have lost all respect for you because of your intellectual dishonesty. How long do you plan to keep digging, just because you hate Floyd. What did he do to you?

...So you agree that Holyfield was geriatric at age 41 with 6 loss's and cherry picked by Toney?

If he'd fought Pacquiao earlier he'd have beaten him even more easily than he did when they actually fought. And Margarito and Williams? No chance in hell. Get real.
        - - So l'l TBE TUE floydy ducked their first fight where Manny made weight to fight another guy l'l floydy ducked, Joshua Clottey on the March date in the first ever fight held at the new Cowboy Stadium.

Then Manny fights another l'l flydy ducked cowboy Stadium, Antonio Margarito.

Manny could fight at MGM on that date because l'l floydy it reserved for March 13th, 2010.

        What grade U in then?

I am telling it as I see it based on the facts and watching the fights.

It's a fact that Floyd never beat an all time great fighter in their prime.

It's a fact that he took a two year vacation and avoided a division full of peak fighters in the process, damaging his legacy.

I can add more but its obvious you and Floyd worshipers want to sit here and make excuses for his shortcomings, twist the narrative so he gets passes, but those of us who measure him against true all time greats like srl and Ali, don't give him a pass.

Srl, Ali etc beat all time great fighters in their prime because obviously they cared about their legacy.

Floyd just cared about the money

I keep telling you cats ad nauseum if Floyd just beat the best guys in their prime, you wouldn't have to sit here looking butthurt making excuses for him

Holyfield and Toney boxed. Toney beat him

I wasn't part of the negotiations

No you want me to accept your point of view, which I am not obligated to do.

I said, Floyd Mayweather never beat an all time great fighter in their prime

You named Cotto Manny Mosley but you knew damn well all those guys were either not all time or shopworn

Then you want to say Canelo, and you would be hard pressed to consider Canelo a top tier all time great with that resume.

So you do what all Floyd boys do when they can't cape for their boy. Cry and wine

                • I like watching Tank fight even tho they match him badly it kinda makes me laugh seeing him beat on these overmatched fighters.

Seems these fights have given him a false sense of greatness tho he ain't even fit to polish mayweathers belts

You weren't part of the negotiations for any of Mayweather's fights either idiot but you still deem them shopworn and cherry picks.

Why can't you do the same for Holyfield in 2003 whereby he was 41 years old, with 6 loss's and by your own description "geriatric".

Are you going to admit Holyfield was geriatric and a cherry pick by Toney in 2003?

See this statement right here is all you need to know.

When you want full credit, you want the fighters to be the prime version. You want the terms to be even. This minimizes the janky excuses

Floyd backed out of a fight with Margarito, and the Floyd boys excuse it by saying he would have beat Margarito anyway. Wtf
