Why is Dillian Whyte allowed to fight in the UK?

White has a Texas boxing license, was cleared by them on the Ped situation and is free to box ever since.

He failed his test in this country, so he has to have a hearing in his country to resolve that issue. Despite the international license.

Much like Benn who was cleared by the WBC, he still had to have his two hearings in the UK with the BBBoC before he was cleared to fight here.

Don't believe Whyte has had any hearings.

I think what might have been a contributing factor was how Benn handled it all. He was very public about going against the BBBoC, that their ruling was wrong, also made them look inept and powerless by going around them. I can imagine for their continued existence/relevance they would’ve had to push back hard to make an example.

IIRC the test had been positive for quite some time until someone leaked it to the press, so they might’ve been somewhat ok with the situation until a light was shone onto it.

Apparently A LOT of UK pros have popped dirty and quietly made it go away.

Yeah definitely agree with you there. Benn overtly and aggressively butting heads with the BBBoC was a foolish move and made them have a hard on for him.

this clown keeps failing tests and blaming contaminated supps but yet keeps guzzling down these same supps and then blaming them again????!!!!! and worse he gets away with it over an dover again how??? once in the uk he got off scott free and then texas did the same thing and thats not the only time hes been busted either lol its really an insult to athletes who do face bans for illegals found in them and i still cant believe that baumgardner got off on 2 steroids either with i mean WTF its a **** show

Yeah it's totally illogical from every angle.

Whilst it's certainly possible to pop for a contaminated supplement, it still baffles me people take that risk in 2025 knowing that.

But to fail 3 times for that? That's absurd.

Apparently two other times as a kick boxer so 5 total if that's true.

I still recall that fight with Rivas which was sanctioned ( lol) by Slow Eddie when he knew that Whyte was loaded and busted
That imo , thé fighter and his promoter should be held responsible
