You try and justify keeping Gervonta Davis in the top 10, who does belong there. What about Bud Crawford who fights once per year, and garbage opponents?!?!?!? Canelo has fought 2x per year like clockwork, 3x in 2021. Please submit your resignation to Boxing Scene ASAP.
You can't be telling truths, because the Truth hurts.

It's SANCTIONING Bodies job to strip him. But MONEY always wins except for the IBF.

I don't see WBA forcing a Mandotory on Gervonta, Crawford, and Inuoe.

Another triggered canelita. The article was spot on. Canelo has not had a p4p performance since the Plant fight over 3 years ago. He was looked mediocre the last 6 fights despite 5 of them being C level fighters. He can't even look impressive vs bums like Berlanga and Mungia. What Canelo has done over the last 10 years, because p4p is about CURRENT ability not 10 years ago. You are exactly what's wrong with boxing, along with Canelo.

Well. Rumor has it. I posted on the non stop boxing forum. UFC parent company is trying to appeal the Muhammad Ali Boxing Reform Act right before they enter boxing. So your dreams might come true.

2 wrong ones don’t make a right one! Neither Canelo or Tank have fought anyone that deserves attention! They both shouldn’t be in anyone’s list. And if you are a Tank advocate, please let me know which opponent that Tank fought in the last 3 fights is an elite fighter? I’m not counting Ryan for obvious reasons! Dehydration clause to the nanayeeee!

So the ginger fighting a champion next, followed by a legit top 3 P4P next(who btw lot people see Bud capable of beating him) and probably 2 more champions after that ,one of them of a higher weight class and these guys suggesting no longer a LXL.

I think we'll see more articles like this in boxing scene from now on since Canelo just signed a multi fight deal with Turki and the saudi squad. Its evident there is an anti saudi agenda in this site thats no mystery. Just watch lol.

Alvarez’s legacy will, IMO, be forever stained by his refusal to fight Benevidez. And also because of his only interest in easy fights at the end of his career. Because of this, I don’t think he’ll be held as high as he could have been.

Wrong. No champion EVER wins enough in the past to fight whoever they want. A champion has to defend against the elite if they want to remain champion & Alvarez clearly doesn't want to do that. Alvarez is selling his legacy in exchange for money...that's called being a sell out. The article is absolutely on point.

                      False.

His legacy is stained by building his resume by beating big name fighter who were past their prime. I think his best prime win is Caleb Plant.

He is still a heck of a fighter, but an overly inflated resume when you dont look into it.
