You act as if there's other fighters deserving to be there. He's ranked around 5 or 6 on most list. It's funny p4p list is always frowned upon and it has no significance. But now it's level of importance is higher that Canelo remains on it? Who cares about the list right?

We know judges don't score against canelo unless it's vs Mayweather the bigger name who schooled him as well..canelo is really good, 160 was his class honestly & should've stayed there. Also 'm not going to act like Bivol vs canelo was close it won't canelo won 3 rds max if generous. Add canelo vs lara was a draw, you even could lean towards Lara, yet the GGG first fight anybody not di.. riding canelo gave it
to GGG 168 & above has to be scripted he can't morrell benavidez nor beterbiev all fights he loses, he tried Bivol thinking least athletic with avg power he got a chance only to get schooled.

Canelo... just no... 155lbs catchweight to avoid GGG, fights him at 160lbs and unofficially loses twice, ducks Jermall & Derevyenchenko, moves to 168lbs becomes undisputed but unashamedly ducks Benavidez and Morell forcing them to leave the division... moves up to 175lbs thinking he could repeat the same trick of beating a Russian low lying fruit (Kovalev was beyond washed) and then proceeds to get his soul taken and owned by Bivol. He then realised he can't risk fighting somebody who is a threat to him again so proceeds to fight these C level fighters who he can't get rid of. I mean can you imagine what Benavidez would do to John Ryder? It wouldn't be a pretty sight!
    Respect

I was anticipating more than ONE name, doe.

Usyk is more known for his work at HW.
The worst HW era in boxing history.
Possibly the weakest div right now.

    Conclusion
At worst, Nelo is 2nd ????

He got schooled by Maywhether, most people agree Lara beat him, most agree GGG defeated him twice and then Bivol absolutely emasculated him - so that would make 5 losses in total!

Don't forget he only made his move up to 168lbs once Benavidez was stripped and the division was at its all time weakest. The wrinkles in Calum Smith's game were exposed when he faced Ryder, BJS suffered from chronic indiscipline between fights and had been majorly hurt by a Serbian binman and Plant... we now see he is not the guy PBC portrayed him to be getting nearly KO'd by the likes of McCumby. The "run" of becoming undisputed in 12 months was also not that big of an achievement against said opponents when you consider the whole boxing community was struggling to resurface from the pandemic while promoters were bending over backwards to facilitate him as he was the cash cow.

The remaining opponents he faced have been b level at best, the only one I'll give him credit for is Jacobs but ultimately even that was a very close and dull fight. No knockouts since 2021, a failed PED test, repeatedly making lighter guys come up in weight to fight... It's hardly P4P worthy stuff is it?

Lara is an elite level fighter he is no pushover for anyone, doesnt matter if you think a guy lost the W in on his record, the only two loses were to an ATG and another elite boxer in a higher division, who is your all time favorite boxer and i will point out fights where they struggled, nobody trounces everyone all of the time, the entire body of work is what defines greats.

Canelo forfeited any claim to being on the list when he ducked benavidez for years. He also forfeited any respect anyone would have given him but then again this is the same mofo that uses peds and ducked ggg by inventing his own divison so we should have known. He couldn't prove he was best in his division how can you rate him? Past accomplishments? Artificially extending your career is disrespectful to boxing but narcissists only care about image and he wants to stay on top but he knows the top guys end him. Coward

I have no problem with his cherry picking for the best pay. Other boxers do it all the time. e.g. Tank Davis. But let's not insult fans of the sport by declaring yourself the best if your MO going forward is to ignore the best challengers in your weight division, just because the sanctioning bodies (aside from IBF) don't have the backbone to enforce their mandos in order codice fiscale to pocket their belt fees. Weak sauce.
