You know what great fighters are also all about? Fighting more than once per year. He should look at what Inoue does. Maybe there wouldn't be so much argument surrounding him.

Crawford will look good until he FEELS the weight disparity and then he'll pedal the rest of the fight away.

The same things were said about Charlo: "He has a real shot, he'll outbox Canelo."

Canelo, love him or hate him, is just too big and too acclimated to SMW for Crawford to hurt him, so the latter absolutely has to thoroughly box his ears off. Maybe he can do it, but frankly I'm in the minority who'd rather see evenly-matched fights for both guys instead of these Turki fan wanks. But it'll sell millions, so what do I know?

It makes me wonder why so many people are so dead set convinced that Canelo will get outboxed by Crawford. Is it just because Bivol outboxed him and they are disregarding everything else that mattered like that Bivol is bigger, heavier, younger, and everything else different from Crawford?

In between he built an impressive resume, beating all kinds of former or current champions and all different kinds styles.
Implying that Canelo can be easily outboxed is underselling what the guy has done and just plain ignorant.
Wow that list of excuses is quite pathetic. Canelo was outboxed by Floyd when he was 23, not 22. And he was already a world champ for 3 years, had beaten several former champs such as cintron and baldomir, a current undefeated champ in trout who had just beat Cotto and a hall of famer in Mosley. Being 23 is always better than 36 in combat sports or nearly any sport for that matter.
For Bivol, Canelo was not severely outweighed. Canelo walked into the ring at 174 when he was 23 for a 155 pound fight. How much do you think he walked into the ring weighting at 33 for a 175 pound fight? He’s short for the weight class but not light. The undertrained and hand injury excuses are just that, weak excuses. Guess it’s easier for Canelo fans to say that than to admit that he just wasn’t good enough, which was the reality.

Crawford has always been fighting once a year for the past five years now; Ever since the pandemic hit.

The last time he has fought more than once was back in 2019. However, it seems to suit him just fine.

Especially now that he has become an older fighter.

There's no way TC will beat canelo with such a long layoff, especially moving up to 168, canelo has enough left to train like a beast should they ever fight

It would be very generous of canelo to give Crawford an retirement fund

I can’t see Crawford’s punches having much effect on Canelo.

I was left impressed the way 38 yo Crawford knocked out Madrimov. Thats when it was evident to the world, Crawford to ready to dance with Canelo for his paycheck.... Err legacy.

I think Canelo would be too much for Crawford, but he's one of the best today, no doubt.

It's the money, that's the number one reason that he'd want this fight, I'd argue, not greatness or legacy.

Saudi pay so much, it's like funny money, or monopoly game money, but good for them.

I don't begrudge professional boxers getting paid millions, as their health is at stake inside the ring.

Hard to say how this fight will go, but if TC beats Canelo even on points, it will be shtty for Canelo's legacy. I would bet on Canelo but who knows?
