Except that if people think Crawford is going to beat Canelo then he SHOULD have blown Madrimov away. Period. There's no getting around that. The only exception would be if Madrimov is himself some kind of all-time great, but it's not looking like that will be the case. Ortiz is going to be favored to give him another L on his resume.

It dont work that way, Canelo is way more prone to being outboxed than Madimov, its like saying Duran cant beat Barkly because Laing beat Duran when Duran should have sparked him, as I said name an ATG I will show you this happening time after time, slick counter boxing has beaten Canelo twice, TC cant walk up on him so he will use footwork angles and technical counter boxing, TC is a much better fighter than Charlo and he lasted easy just not engaging, Canelo couldnt run Charlo over, and TC has been training for this fight for a long time now he isnt just slapping on BS weight he is building into it and Canelo is not a big 168, Canelo is at also at the end while TC is too but TC is fresh no hard fights,

I think all tangibles give TC has a good shot of winning this , and also TC is a little chinny if Canelo clips him clean it could be over boom, I like the fight both guys are greats.

Terence is going to have to stay off the ropes and make Canelo think. Let him know that every time he decides to open up that Crawford’s is going to counter him.

The key to beating Canelo is by keeping the action in the center of the ring. It’s how great counter punchers like Mayweather and Bivol defeated him.

Canelo was outboxed at 22 years old by the best boxer of his generation and one of the ATG’s. He lost a decision to Bivol, the undefeated top 2 LH in the world in a fight where he was severely outweighed, undertrained and with a hand injury. In between he built an impressive resume, beating all kinds of former or current champions and all different kinds styles.
Implying that Canelo can be easily outboxed is underselling what the guy has done and just plain ignorant.

Its not an excuse its a fact Madrimov has a very awkward style and is a lot better than people think, they cant always blow everybody away, name your ATG and I will show what was regarded as ordinary opponent give them loads of trouble, its common in boxing and has happened to all the greats.
