How well would gervonta Davis have done 20 years ago?

In the same era as : pbfm, Zab, Viv Harris, maussa, cotto, Hatton, tszyu, Gianluca bronco, Arturo Gatti, chop chop Corley, Castillo, casamayor, Juan Diaz, Nate Campbell, acelino Freitas, Julio Diaz, and Henry Brussels?

I'm asking because he rarely fights nowadays, how well would he have done back when it was murderers row from lw to jr welter weight?

With that God gifted hand speed, chin and POWER, I think that Tank would've definitely been considered amongst the best fighters from 20 years ago and would arguably beat most of them aside from the cream of the crop i.e. Mayweather, Pacquiao etc.

He'd actually have to fight top guys to be relevant, and he's shown very little inclination to do so.

berto, wilder and broner were tank davis before tank davis. tank learned from them and never took even the slightest risk. tank is thinking 2025 is his last year before retirement. he had no competitive spirit at all, which is fine neither do i, but im not a boxer. its kind of important? in a real sport of course. I dont blame him for taking advantage of a broken system that paid him millions, its like blaming elon for buying off the government to get what he wants, hey you let me! they let tank do this so well done, dont know why you would be a fan of that but hey you have people who love elon for some reason even though hes the definition of "failing to deliver" "full self driving by 2017" "landing on the moon by 2022" hyperloop 500 mph travel coming soon...tank davis vs good fighters comign soon...next year same thing... next year same thing...next year same thing...oops never happened but they got the money, arent you a fan?

That's the ONLY thing missing from his resume...the career-defining superfights. Aside from this, he's still a 3 division champion who's stopped 93% of the opponents he's ever stepped in the ring with including tough competitors like LSC, Barrios, Ryan Garcia, Hector Garcia etc. He also beat Cruz with only one arm.

I'd like to see him in at least one superfight before he retires (hopefully against Shakur) if not more.
