Incredibly somehow this thread will still run for about 10 pages.

it is an steady-drip acquisition of soft power by a nation on a literal global scale by legitimising them as western friendly and potential power brokers of the future.

Mad that people could ever think they are minutely worried about losing millions. They're happy enough to lose hundreds of billions ffs.

I doubt PBC/Amazon make any profit off of these PPVs as well. Except their fans and reporters still managed to release numbers.
If you think about it, Alalshikh's PPV figures are supposed to surpass whatever figures PBC supporters come up with
considering they're bigger and Turki's PPV price is 60% cheaper. Yet nobody is reporting any number. Why is that?

Yeah, I'd like to know what Turki's PPV numbers are. I don't care if the Saudi promoter is not making any profit. But still, the numbers should be reported just like any PBC PPV fight. After all, they're twice cheaper. $39.95 in the US (£24.99 in the UK.)

Getting called ‘His Excellency’ and having his ass kissed by promoters and boxers worldwide is payment enough for Turki…

What fighter with a massive fan base has Turki had on his cards?? Fury?? AJ???

He's had good cards, can't deny that but I don't think his PPV cards have done all that well..

His event in Los Angeles sure as heck didn't!

                Very true. Even if the objective is not monetary gain, doesn't anyone or his own people want to know what the viewership is;
how many people he's reaching for whatever message he's delivering?
TV shows and non PPVs are gauge in ratings, which may have different but similar objective -- attract viewers.

Let's stop repeating what is already given. He's not in it for the money. We already know that.

PPVs in America are expensive, $80 - $90, and they're only selling the main card. While Turki is selling the entire card for only $39.95. Huge difference.

So I'm interested in Turki's ppv outcome in America. If the numbers are small, so what? At least they're not fake and pulled out of average joe's ass.

It shows some sectors of the media, fans, youtubers, apologists, are only interested in manufacturing ppv numbers when it comes to PBC fights despite the fact that they're pricier and not affordable to many people. All the rest are neither worth watching nor paying for despite being cheaper. To me 100K is even hard to achieve in this day and age of mass cheating.
Look at how people on Youtube and social media can lie casually:

"FINALLY $150M CONTRACT SIGNED" Crawford vs Canelo MEGA fight CONFIRMED!
                    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_5dIByrRA-8

These were posted a month ago. They keep doing it even when already proven wrong, and in these cases nothing is signed yet. The numbers themselves are egregious.

And yet there's so many people that still don't seem to understand that.
