Honestly? I don't think he beats any of them.
    HW wasn't Toneys best weight.

He was never stopped but I feel many of the above would stop him or it'd be a frightening beating.
    Too small and stationary.

      2. **Wladimir Klitschko**: With his jab and power, he could also win by decision or stoppage.

      3. **Anthony Joshua**: If he avoids Toney’s counters, he could win by stoppage or decision, but Toney’s experience is a challenge.

      4. **Joe Frazier**: Frazier’s aggressive style could overwhelm Toney, leading to a late stoppage or a close decision win.

      5. **David Tua**: Tua’s power is a threat. He might stop Toney if he lands early, but Toney could win by decision if he plays defensively.

      6. **Lennox Lewis**: His size and skill could lead to a decision win or a late stoppage.

      7. **Tyson Fury**: With his movement and height, Fury could win by decision or late stoppage if he stays smart.

      8. **George Foreman**: Foreman could win with his power, but Toney's defense may allow him to outpoint Foreman.

      9. **Sonny Liston**: Liston’s strength could lead to a knockout, but Toney might win by decision if he can outmaneuver him.

Its interesting that your logic or half the matchups are "yeah they would just knock out the guy with one of the best chins of all time, who also is a defensive virtuoso"

If Sam Peter didn't knock out Toney, nobody on the list is. The taller guys that stick to a jab can out point him and give him lots of problems, especially if we consider its "James Toney in heavyweight shape" Toney.

The smaller guys would most likely succumb to the time tested "class tells over time" style fight.

Oh yeah because Samuel Peter is such a monster Going the distance with him means the likes of George Foreman and Sonny Liston wouldn't be able to stop him

Samuel Peter is crap mate. The fact he beat Toney twice and Toney managed to see the final bell doesn't have any bearing on any of the others on the list stopping him. Which many of them could and probably would.

          Bruh......
I would give JP a good shot at beating HW Toney
They all kill him as if he were in a Saw movie.

He could win more than that vs both those fighters.

Right but yet he's never won a round against an elite HW so what exactly are you basing that on?

We have zero evidence that he could be competitive with the likes of Tua, or AJ.
