What could you possiby base this opinion on?

You're aware that Toney couldn't beat Sam Peter or a finished Hasim Rahman at HW and yet you think he "f's him up down the stretch". Based on what? Not on reality.

You can't use AJ loses to the likes of Ruiz as a reason when Toney lost to literal unranked journeyman MULTIPLE TIMES in his prime. It's one or the other.

There is absolutely nothing to suggest Toney could even win a round against AJ at HW much less actually beat him which is just bizarro world stuff.

      Oh yeah good one.

Top 3 HW of his era and unified champion is lower than below average.

Yet James Toney someone with NO GOOD WINS at HW is higher than that

It's either delusion or stupidity. Pick one.

I guess my first question should be do you think Daniel Dubois is a fighter that would have competed in the same HW era as Toney? Would he be holding a belt? I think you will agree not a chance in hell and that shows you the level of these current fighters at Heavyweight

The only 2 at HW that you can even begin to call good fighters are Usyk and Fury the rest would have barely made top 10 in previous generations

Before Fury took the belts back the heavyweight champion was a guy who didn't start boxing until he was what 20? Zero skills and only power and yet he flattened half the top 10 that's how bad it is

This bum never even beat somebody on Holyfields skill level

He proved he was the top bum of all the bums he fought

                  bit disrespectful maybe

i mean u cant really judge people like wilder & joshua fully on what u see now, they have both seen better days & on their good days years ago they were pretty good

wilder almost KO'ed fury several times and fight 3 was a good competitive fight, usyk beat joshua but joshua did did pretty decent in fight 2, joshua is lacking a lot of confidence now & wilder is shot and old

I don't like fans calling fighters bums and certainly not being disrespectful on purpose but having seen both in their primes you have to remember that Wilder struggled with a fair few fighters who were pretty average and his power bailed him out more than once and kept him winning.

I personally have never rated AJ he's very stiff robotic and mentally easily broken. In fact I commend him because he definitely overachieved having started boxing late too.

I don't think the level in the last 7 or 8 years has been good at all and is in fact worse now because all of them are in their last fights

Regardless of where you place Toney at HW from his era he still is a much more talented fighter and had access to better trainers
