Thats why u don’t fight ******s in Saudi Arabia lol. This was home cooked decision even beterbiev knew it. “Today allah chose me” lol he knew he won the lottery. Black eyes for bivol but a black eye for boxing in such a high profile fight

Home cooked decision? I can give you 10 robbery fights in the great US against foreign fighters if you’d like.
I thought Bivol won so I’m not disagreeing that it wasn’t a robbery. I’m only reminding you that we’ve had plenty of robberies in the great US against foreign fighters.

Like I said I am Cdn but a fan of both and what I saw was Bivol’s game plan and effort outperform Beterbiev’s. It was close but nothing what the scores showed in my opinion. I turned it off as soon as they said Artur won.
Arthur won cause bivol thought he had it in the bag, when so many rounds were swing rounds. And guess what most of the time swing rounds always goes to the aggressor. And then bivol did that foolish thing most boxer do when they think they are up on scorecards in a close fights. They coz the last 3 rounds. And that's where beterbiev turned it up in the last 3 rounds, which pretty much sealed the win.

This. This all day. It was easily a fight that could be scored either way depending on what you value. I called a Beterbiev decision, so I love it for my boxing ego, but I would not have been upset with Bivol winning by the exact same scores. It was a high level fight that if you attached the word "robbery" to you are just an angry person looking to complain.

This was a great, great fight. Can we just bask in the glow of 2 men that did not disappoint?

I agree man. I was scoring the fight and tried to look how they got to 116-112 and i just threw the pen and paper away. This is the kind of math you are not propose to slove because it's fake.

Horrible decision. Christmas came early for Beterbiev. I had the early rounds for Bivol. In the last 2 rounds it seemed like Bivol was trying to avoid getting knocked out. Boxing ability against aggression and aggression won. I scored the fight 7 round to 5 for Bivol. I don't know what fight the judges were looking at today. There should be an immediate rematch. A draw would have been a better decision. Bivol handled this loss with class.

There is no way that Beterbiev won that. Bivol clearly won, pretty close but clear decision.

It might not be the biggest robbery, but it's still a bad decision. Beterbiev's team thought he lost. Artur looked like he knew he lost.

You are right. This fight reminds me of De la Hoya vs Trinidad. De La Hoya thought he had it won and eased off allowing Trinidad to come back and squeeze out a decision.

'Must to be something with the chechnya warlock jumping to the ring '

I'm hoping that was an autocorrect & you meant 'warlord', however if the guy was a warlock he successfully cursed Bivol!

I had it a draw however I think the reason why you had the 116-112 card is because beterbiev was walking Bivol down all night long. I guess it depends on what style you like the best
