Who do want Haney to fight next?

A real problem ain't it? Haney has been a weight bully and karma is a biatch. Cryin laughingly said "I had a 3 pound weight advantage." So that means with all his extra weight the difference between Ryan and Haney was merely 3 lb.

Haney has been reliant on that strategy and it looks like the chickens have come home to roost. He's just not prepared to go up and weight and fight at his natural weight. I think he is aware of this I don't even know if we're going to see him fight again.

His entire strategy, this whole game has been predicated on an advantage which he can no longer maintain.

Question is why can't he take stay-busy fights? Loma and Teo fought Commey, Nakatani, Jamaine Ortiz. Certainly not walk-in-the-park fights especially for a small guy like Loma. Haney can't even take those types of fights, can he?

Question is why can't he take stay-busy fights? Loma and Teo fought Commey, Nakatani, Jamaine Ortiz. Certainly not walk-in-the-park fights especially for a small guy like Loma. Haney can't even take those types of fights, can he?

Even a stay busy is shaky if Haney has to adjust to a new natural weight. Professional prize fighting can be very misleading... Even a guy who has a record of 10 wins and 10 losses, with one KO, will come in with a renewed sense of purpose and a blue print stamped in training that demands he try to test Haney's chin. Haney has gotten bigger and as some of our more astute members have noted, he is a welter. He cannot really even make 140 without causing himself more problems... He just does not have the experience of fighting guys his own size at above 130. Wasn't he bigger than Regis Prograis?

I mean it's pretty standard for some fighters to take their stay-busy fights in between big fights. Teo and Loma didn't look good when they fought Jamaine Ortiz. They both looked good when they fought Commey. Loma looked good when he fought a towering Nakatani, while Teo didn't. Lopez also didn't look good when he fought Martin and Claggett. And so on and so forth. It entails risks, but Loma and Teo had no issues taking them. It's looking like Haney wants no part of these low-reward fights known as stay-busy fights. Some even call them tuneups.

I wouldn't worry about going to court one iota if I were Garcia. I tested positive, didn't know what I drank was contaminated, etc. I am not the commission that allowed the fight to take place, ask the commissioner why, not me.
