So because canelo beat a bunch of mid level Brits, he should be picked to beat brits from any era? Things in boxing change. At one point American heavyweights were the dominant force in the sport, at one point Mexico had multiple top p4p fighters at one time, at one point Puerto Rico had 5-6 world champions at the same time. None of that is the case anymore. Pretty reasonable to think Froch and Calzaghe beat canelo. Even more logical to think he wouldn’t fight them if they were around at the same time.

Canelo should be in the top 10 for the whole u disputed thing but I’m not picking him to beat any of those guys prime for prime other than Chong and Collins. Many others who fought in the division beat him too.

He might not have even beaten Lacy

Did he have an "off night" vs Sanderline Williams, Sosa, Johnson, Thadzi, Montel Griffin and all the other fights that he arguably lost and looked terrible in as well?

There is absolutely nothing to suggest that any version of Toney would "hurt the best version of Canelo badly". None. Zero.

Toney lost, drew and arguably lost to journeymen, in his prime years, multiple times.

            That's just straight up retarded.

Canelo could beat anyone on that list other than Roy Jones.

Hard to rate him in the top 10 when his resume clearly shows that he doesn’t think he is after looking at his competitors. Berlanga? Are you kidding? He fled to Hearn knowing he would feast on UK pizza drivers. Avoided his mandatory at all costs. I had GGG winning I and Ii.

Good fighter absolute diva. He desperately wants Crawford who’s a better version of Charlo. He could care less what fans think. No cojones!

Canelo is a legitimate top 10 smw of all time rn no doubt, even more impressive is the fact still an active fighter so by the time its all said and done no surprise ends up top 3. Benavidez not even close to make the top 15 cut lets be real here. Lol

The writer is a Canelo hater. Canelo should have been number 1. And why do these writers always emntion Benavidez and Bivol when they talk about Canelo?? Benavidez fights once a year and needs to improve his record and Bivol was chosen by Canelo knowing the latter was too big for him but wanted to prove himself. I wanna see Bivol move up 2 weight classes and see what he does. Berlanga is a good, young fighter, great challenge for Canelo. If we´re going to ve picky I can name many cherry picks and undeserved wins form all those fighters on the list. Mayweather cherry picked all the time and had at least 7 controversial wins. Calzaghe?? He was overhyped and retired undefeated because he didn´t want to risk losing his 0.
