Nowhere. This is a guy who doesn't take serious fights or gaf about pretty much anything. He's an embarrassment to the sport.

You’re aware that James Toney was beaten easily by journeyman multiple times throughout his prime years?

he doesn't fight anyone good. and when he does he gets schooled and or gift decisions. the "media" guys only like him because they like "big events" and will kiss up for the opportunity for free ride to these events.

Ward, for me, as the best. Years of watching Calzaghe fighting nondescripts in wbo bouts, left me jaded. Then came the overblown win over Lacy, who was totally unproven. Lacy would have been outclassed or kayoed by the others on the list. Froch’s stoppage over Bute, was a more impressive result.

Jeff Lacy has zero wins over Top 10 ranked fighters, he failed to clearly beat the likes of Omar Sheika and for lack of a better term is terrible.

The idea of Canelo losing to Jeff Lacy is asinine. He wouldn't lose a second of any round.
you have a little something on your chin, right there to the left..... a little lower........ there you go!!

Ah yes, the old ad hominem response. Do you think that’s a good look? Because it’s not.

If you’re implying that I have some kind of fandom for Canelo then you’re wrong, I’m afraid. That fallacy argument isn’t going to hold here.

To argue Jeff Lacy, has any kind of chance against Canelo is simply a brain dead take. It’s really as simple as that. I think you know it, you should probably just walk back what you said.

one could make the case that canelo would certainly be the favorite, but to imply that Jeff would have ZERO chance is just silly, ANYONE can get beat, if not, then the term "upset" would never exist.

And Canelo isnt a prime Roy, or Ward. He's a solid fighter, who got his ears boxed off by Bivol. But he's NOT Godzilla. He can be beat. The problem is that since the Bivol loss, Canelo is unlikely to accept any opponent that has the slightest chance of beating him........

Yes you can. When the levels are that drastically apart.

Canelo has never once shown anything in his career to suggest he would lose to a Jeff Lacy level opponent.

Jeff Lacy is terrible. Never beaten a ranked fighter and struggled with unranked fighters. He had ZERO chance of beating Canelo.
