I went to the Kovalev fight and that was in November 2019, Benavidez gets stripped early 2020, and then Canelo begins talking about becoming undisputed at 168. He Canelo was already being questioned if he would fight Benavidez and would always steer his answers to something generic like "i'll fight whoever the fans want me to fight" or "i'm always willing to fight if it makes sense" (obviously in Spanish though).
